14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

  • You may return any eligible item for any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.


Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.


PayPal Refunds

  • Standard PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to complete.

  • In regions where local regulations permit, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized footwear

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

  • Gift cards


Buyer-Paid Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable carrier or purchasing shipping insurance, as lost or undelivered returns cannot be refunded.


Refund Procedure

  1. Request an RMA: Contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  2. Ship Your Return: Affix the RMA label and send your package to the address provided.

  3. Inspection & Notification: We’ll inspect the items and email you once your return is approved or if further information is required.

  4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed automatically to the same payment account used for the original purchase.
